Terms and Conditions

All adventure bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

• Participants must be at least 12 years old to join our horse adventures
• Riders between 12-17 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety reasons
• All participants must complete a health declaration form before the adventure

Payment Policy

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the adventure start date
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: full refund
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: no refund
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances

Your safety is our priority. All participants must adhere to our safety guidelines:

• All riders must wear provided safety equipment at all times during activities
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations
• Pregnant women and people with serious health conditions are not permitted on advanced trails
• Our guides have final authority on all safety decisions during adventures
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited before and during riding activities

Horse riding involves inherent risks. By participating in our adventures, you acknowledge these risks and agree to our liability terms:

• Go Peru Now is not liable for personal injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during adventures
• Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to equipment or property
• We carry liability insurance, but participants are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance
• In case of emergency, we will provide assistance and facilitate medical care at the participant's expense

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, guides, or accommodations when necessary:

• Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, trail closures, or safety concerns
• If we cancel an adventure due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund
• We are not liable for expenses incurred due to changes beyond our control (flights, accommodations, etc.)
• Force majeure events include natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, and other events beyond our control
