Explore the routeFour days from Cusco: saddle, llama walk, and offering, without a crowd. You ride horses that know this ground, walk a while with a llama train through pasture and stone, then sit for a Pachamama offering with a local family — not staged, not a show. Sleep in the high country, and come back to the city when the work is done.
Horseback
Shared plan: You will travel with other adventurers heading to the same destination.
Leave Cusco when you are ready for the altitude. Meet the horses, settle the tack, and ride out onto open ground. The first night is in the high country — a quiet bed after the first hours in the saddle.
A full day on horseback: valleys, ridgelines, and the pace the animals set. Lunch on the grass. No circuit of ruins — this is the country we actually ride.
Leave the saddle for a walk with a llama train through pasture and stone. Toward evening we sit for a Pachamama offering with a local family. This is not a performance — we arrive when they are ready, and we leave when the work is finished.
A last morning with the animals, then the road back to Cusco. We will not rush the goodbye to the horses, the llamas, or the ground.
